Work the Room Interior Staging will meet with you to discuss your goals and expectations. We will also review how to procure the maximum return on your home improvement dollars.

Together, we will walk through each room of your home to determine the first impression in each room and discuss the various improvements that need addressing. This is also the time that I will create a customized staging action plan.

A clear and simple list of tasks will be provided for the homeowner to complete before the staging day is confirmed. This is done to make sure that my time at the home is effective as possible.

I will spend between eight and ten hours, working hands-on with the house, on home staging day. This is done room by room, top to bottom, inside and out. It is a complete arrangement of the proper furniture placement and artistic application of the homeowner’s belongings. I will transform the home with an expert designer’s eye so that it will stand out from the competition. If needed, I can fine-tune the staged home by supplementing specific pieces of rental furniture or accessories from my vast inventory.

A professional set of photos of the newly transformed home will be taken after completion and provided to the realtor for listing. This insures that buyers will be intrigued before they even step onto the property. Your success is my top priority, and I will revisit our staging plan weekly in order make adjustments as needed.
